Do you ever just sit and talk to your body? Well if you don’t; I suggest that you do. Our body is constantly functioning at a subconscious level all day. Our cells are helping us breath, digest our food, they help us walk, stand, run, etc. You get the point; our bodies do things for us all day long without us even noticing it. I talk to my own body like I talk to a best friend. I spend time in my yoga classes, meditation, or just laying in bed at night talking to my body. Sometimes I just need to send love and light into my cells. At other times, I am working through a health issue, emotional block, or physical injury. Cells have consciousness and we are powerful with our word. Our bodies crave our present connection. Try this….just one line. Tell your body, I love you, at least once every day.
