Vinyasa Yoga is so challenging and yet so rejuvenating. Where else can you finish a challenging class, feel like you’ve had an espresso shot and be on top of the world ready for your day?
Michelle has a background with sports, dance, and enjoys different forms of exercise and activities. After becoming a mom she had looked for different ways to enjoy and continue exercising and be healthy. It was Power Vinyasa Yoga that spoke to her and the only form of exercise that engages your body, mind & spirit.
No matter how hard you try you can beat or concur yoga, you cannot! Instead what you do is grow… become strong in so many facets—powerful! She loves being on her mat practicing next to new and advanced students because it allows you to acknowledge where you have been and to challenge yourself where you can grow. Inspiring! It is YOUR practice and you create your experience. That is why she decided to become a yoga instructor through the Yoga Stand Teacher Training and has a Mini Yogis Certification (ages 3-11). This has allowed her to grow in her own practice as well as grow alongside students through their practice of yoga.
