Fall Equinox Class
As we shift from the days of bright light to more days of darkness we enter a time of balance. The cooler air, equal hours of daylight and darkness, and autumn leaves falling ever so gently. Slowing down can be difficult from the active days of summer. Dive deep into reflection, introspection, contemplation, and most importantly maintaining balance in our everyday lives. Transition. Harmony. Balance. Allow the fruitfulness of the spring and summer to be harvested. The sun to the moon, light to dark, the fire to the water; this is a time of movement to stillness. Accept Mother Earth’s invitation to slow down, re-evaluate, re-center, and regenerate from the inside out.

Winter Solstice Class
Welcome the silent months of winter as we integrate a deeper internal connection and communion. The dark, quiet, and colder months of winter gives us ample time to reflect on our darkness. As we acknowledge the dark corners of our heart we are reminded to find our light. During this time, we can acknowledge ourselves and practice forgiveness as we wipe our slate clean. Listen to the inner tug as we collectively practice kindness, simplicity, love, rebirth, and reconnecting to what truly matters. Winter removes the distractions as we fall into the perfect state of rest nourishing our hearts in the most divine way.

Spring Equinox Class
Climb out of our winter hibernation into rebirth and renewal. Spring cleaning as we dust off the old cob webs, shed our inner layers, begin planting seeds to nurture, and bear witness to all the spring blooms of our dearest mother nature. It’s time to water all the seeds of intention we have planted during the first part of the year. Rise and Shine. Set fire to your flame. Ignite. Recalibrate. It’s time for action. Let’s spring forward into new beginnings and limitless opportunities.

Summer Solstice Class
Welcome the summer’s solar energy as we transition to a time of longer, warmer, and brighter days. As we study the ancient teachings of yoga, we understand how our practice revolves around the sun. Traditionally, Sun Salutations were taught facing the sun during the morning hours as a salute to the sun. Sun Salutations were about taking in the fiery energy of the sun. Awaken. Energize. Vitalize. Stop and acknowledge all that Mother Earth has given to you. Her endless and boundless blessings of light, food, water, and our ability to breathe. Our actions express our priorities so let’s get going this summer.
