Cranberries Anyone?

One of the small hazards of being a human being is FUNGUS! Lol! We breathe in so many environmental toxins and eat too much sugar causing an overgrowth of candida in the body leading to fungal infections and all kinds of problems.  This can show as skin rashes, we can have digestive problems or you may notice that your sweat smells kind of like mold, fungus, or a mildew sour type of smell.  We also can have an overgrowth of candida from taking antibiotics and having a weakened immune system.  One of my favorite things to drink in the fall is fresh cranberry juice daily to keep my body balanced and healthy.

The Cranberry harvest takes place every fall and you can see all the fresh cranberries in the grocery stores.  I use my juicer at home to make fresh cranberry juice.  I put my cranberry juice (unsweetened) in the large mason jars and a drink a couple ounces daily to keep my body healthy.  Look at all these benefits below:

  • Urinary tract infection,
  • Respiratory disorders
  • Kidney stones
  • Cancer
  • Heart disease
  • Helps with sore throats and colds
  • Preventing stomach disorders and diabetes, as well as
  • Preventing gum diseases caused by dental plaque

Unsweetened cranberry juice tastes slightly sour, but for medicinal purposes, 2 ounces of cranberry juice diluted in 8 ounces of water is recommended.

Take up some cranberries this fall!
