New Student Spotlight - Jessie
When I first began to practice yoga, I was focused solely on the physical aspect of the practice.As a marathon runner, I thought it would be beneficial cross training. It turned out it was essential training not only for my body, but more importantly for my mind and spirit.It only took one class and I witnessed firsthand how powerful, empowering, and life changing yoga really is.My yoga practice has been the one place I have been able to find peace, solace, and the ability to love something I had never loved before, myself. My practice helped me find a voice, gives me strength physically and mentally, and feeds my heart and soul.Yoga enriches and transforms my life, one breath at a time.
